That's A Wrap! The Reunion 2024 Recap

The entire RedlineXpo team would like to thank everyone who made the inaugural Reunion Souvenir, Gift, and Resort Show a reality!

Over two-and-a-half days buyers from across the country strolled The Reunion show floor to reconnect with friends and business partners, and make new acquaintances, all while bolstering their store inventory for 2024 and planning ahead for 2025.

"We were blown away by the response to The Reunion," said Evan Shoda, CEO and Co-Founder of RedlineXpo. "We knew there was a lot of demand in the industry for a show in April and that it would help both exhibitors and attendees deal with the supply chain issues that persist. We heard from countless attendees just how important this show would be in the future. The convenience of having everyone under one roof truly made this event feel like a reunion, and we can wait to reunite everyone again next year."

The Reunion 2025 is scheduled for April 8-10 at The Expo at World Center Market in Las Vegas. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available!

Exhibitors were buzzing about the show, as we saw a number of orders being placed and long-term relationships being forged.

Exhibitors:

Jordan Villeneuve, Villeneuve Innovations Group LLC

Despite its debut as a new show, The Reunion was beyond valuable, and represented a fantastic opportunity for meaningful engagements with key buyers from around the gift, resort, and souvenir space. Moreover, the RedlineXpo staff went above and beyond to make the event both a great opportunity, and fun. Thank you to the RedlineXpo team for a great experience!

John Drummond, Smith Novelty

The Reunion was/is the perfect timing for last minute Spring or Summer needs as well as planning for the following year. The Reunion is now a must do show alongside other expo staples later in the year. The combination of these different shows offer buyers and vendors the best ways and times to connect. Thanks for hosting the show—already looking forward to next year!

Edward Han, Mei Wah

We will be back next year for sure! Surprised to get so much done with our customers.

Billco

The quality of the buyers that visited our booth was excellent. Show management was easy to work with. The overall vibe of the show was upbeat, friendly, and exciting. Everyone is excited about this new show and the timing is perfect!

Rex Tooth Studios

Perfect timing for getting fill in orders and a jump on orders for 2025. In the first hour the first order I wrote paid for my entire booth.

United Souvenir & Apparel

Loved It! Timing of the year is perfect. The quality of buyers was exceptional, and it’s a much more intimate show so we were not rushed when working with our buyers. Quality time and quality buyers. Absolutely will be back next year!

My O My Earth

This show allowed us to connect with the major buyers we wanted to see.

And on the other side of the tables, buyers didn't have to cover a lot of ground to find new lines to add to their inventory.

Attendees:

Nancy Nightengale, WH Smith

I’m impressed with the auspicious premier debut of the Reunion show. I accomplished a lot and met some fresh new vendors that check a lot of boxes for WH Smith. I was able to discover products with vendors I had never met before that may work well for some of our unique one-off properties—like the Neon Museum. The show had a more relaxed and less pressurized atmosphere than some others—May this show become a perennial for Las Vegas!

Karl Busche, Knott's Berry Farm

Attending the Reunion Show this April has been a game-changer for our holiday merchandise planning. The timing allows us as buyers to not only refresh our Halloween and Christmas collections with innovative products, but also ensure that we're perfectly aligned with the production schedules to receive new product shipments for the next year. This strategic scheduling advantage is something a trade show in September simply can't offer or deliver. The promise of an expanded vendor base next year is the icing on the cake, underlining The Reunion’s critical role in our success strategy.

Tammy Mcintyre, Aramark

The Reunion show was great for finding new products for Summer/Fall in a stress free environment. I located a couple of new vendors that I felt would be a good addition for our summer product mix, and I was also able to view storyboards for our 2025 season and get artwork in process before the big show season rush.

Eric M. Miura, M. Miura Inc.

The Reunion Souvenir, Gift and Resort Show is a great show to attend. I really liked the timing for this show as it's perfect for planning our Summer buys. This show is very well run with a selection of good vendors. It was worth making the trip from Hawaii and I'm looking forward to attending their April 2025 show.

Jose Sepulveda, Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island/Fort McHenry

The Reunion was the perfect blend of gifts and vendors in a very casual setting where you can browse comfortably. I was able to spend plenty of time with vendors without feeling pressured or rushed, and I highly recommend this show to buyers who are pressed with developing imports to arrive in their stores promptly. The show has already scheduled itself for April 2025 - don't miss out on this amazing show next year!

Red Dog Saloon Alaska

We feel this show is a great opportunity especially without the pressure of time. We had more time to work on both existing products and new artwork for the season.

Hall of Flame

Every fire fighting museum in the country needs to attend this show. We found so many great products!

Fort Knox Zoo

I loved the show! The timing worked out perfect for me. Found new products since the show was so easy to work.

We even had a few folks stop into the photo booth, provided by Self-Portrait Southeast and take a few candid snaps:
